He's pausing, he's hesistating. No no, he can't hesistate, he needs to take the fucker down.

"Keep going Cristoff, you are almost there. Just reach a bit more! Come on, its only a matter of time before he leaves, and you don't know if you have another chance! You want to lose Eva? Do you?" I so wish I was more copereal so this could go faster.

I study the chains to see where he made a mistake. I smile as I see some of the chains are loose. Yuff had been around good guys too long, he was showing too much mercy for Cristoff. This wil be our advantage. "Come on Cristoff, the chain is loose on your left hand. He didn't attach it well enough, Pull it to the left some and it should come loose! Hurry! Before he discovers his error and ties you up harder so you can't stop him as he kills her!"

I step down from where I was looking and look straight at him. I knew if what I didn't say eariler work, this might. "Though maybe you will have time. Because Eva is a very beautiful woman. He might enjoy having his way with her before he kills her. I've heard stories from his assasin days where he would have the ladies take him home and would kill them after he was through with them. Surely if he does that, you'll have plenty of time to get out of the chains slowly."

With a growl I yank on the loose chain and slip the manacle. I am almost blind to everything right now except getting loose and doing what I have to.

"Fuck! Cristoff! Snap out of it!"

I aim the dart gun at him as he gets one arm loose. I try to fire, but once again the shot goes awry and hits Acathla instead. Fucking hell.

"Please Cristoff, stop this! You don't want to hurt anyone!"

I smile slightly as he starts to break loose and my smile widens as Yuffie completely misses him with the dart.

"See? What did i tell you? He was bluffing. Now protect your Eva."

And kill the son of a bitch that ever thinks to doublecross the council.

The dart chips off the stone of Acathla and I pay it no attention, instead I open the other manacle and turn to face Yuffie, the blood is roaring in my ears and I am looking down the barrel of the dart gun.

"Perhaps you should have shot from closer?" I smile.

Shit. He's going to try to kill me, I can see it in his eyes. I have no fucking idea what the creature told him, but he's going to kill me. Or at least try.

"Nah, guns just aren't my thing these days," I tell him and I teleport to behind him, where I slam the body of the dart gun onto this back, then teleport away before he can turn around and hit me. I end up next about five feet away from him.

"You really don't want to do this Cristoff. I'll win and you know it. Stop listening to her."

This is where it get's tricky your opponent can move with the speed of thought and I am already injured. I close my eyes and stand ready to move, I will have to trust my luck to get out of the way or to hit him.

I am moving on instinct, waiting for his next move when the things he's saying and the sense of wrong get to me.

"Yuffie?" I stop and open my eyes. Oh fuck it I did it again. Holding my hands over my ears I kneel down. "Tranquilize me damn it."

Thank god, he seem to have regain his wit for the moment. Who knows how long this will last. I teleport over to Acathla and pick up the dart that hit it. Good, the tip wasn't damaged too badly and the tranqulizer fluid was still in it. Then I teleported over to where Cristoff is kneeling.

"You can fight this Cristoff, don't let this creature get ahold of you. Remember, whatever it tells you may sound like truth but it nothign but a twisted version of it, if not a lie altogether." I tell him as I lean down to eject the tranquilzer into him.

There is one bad moment where he reaches down to tranguillize me where I almost reach out to grab him but I stifle that urge.

"I know that, and yet I cannot keep out her voice forever. Make sure the chains are short enough I can barely move."

I wince as he injects me and all the colors blur together and run and I can't keep my eyes open anymore.

"Don't worry Cristoff, I'll make sure that even the best escape artist woudln't be able to get out of them," I tell him as he goes limp from the tranquilizer.

I check to make sure he's completely out and then I start to drag him back to the bed. I'm going ot have a hell of a time explaining this to Eva. But I had to make sure he didn't escape, because fuck he could of done it when Eva or Izzy were guarding.

Before i start chaining him, I look up, guessing at where the demon was at. "Nice try you fucking bastard."
