Bill Bailey Merchandise the numbing enevitability of disappointment
Huzzah I thought, they have a sale on at the Bill Bailey Shop, so I made an order for a few tshirts, posters a couple of CDs and some bits and bobs. The parcel arrived pretty quickly, but the posters were missing, nothing in the invoice, or online order form suggested these were out of stock... so I sent an email advising them of this, however no reply has ever been received.
Today a poster tube arrived, with two posters inside, one I ordered (Das Hokey Kokey) and one that I didn't, so I'm still missing my Steampunk Tour Poster.
Throughout all this, I have received no communication from Bill Bailey Merchandising Limited. A simple order has so far had two mistakes and no communication.
As much as we all love Bill Bailey, I would advise my friends to think long and hard to make any orders through this company. A shame because this is the official company and has the best prices...
... I'm just not sure it's worth the hassle.
I've taken the unusual step of making this a public post, rather than friends only, I just think people need to know.
