As terrible as this is, one of my favorite things to do is read really stupid people's profiles on AIM. Why? Because despite the fact that they are stupid, they usually have really inciteful things to say OR you realize that they are only smart at one thing,
For example, this kid Daniel who was in my core class is a terrible writer, but wants to be a journalist. He had absolutely no structure or sense to what he was saying in his essays, but you can look into his profile and see that he is an exceptionally smart person...but only when it comes to politics. And you see how smart he is with the ideas and concepts he puts in his profile.
On the other hand, I will read really smart people's profiles and be thoroughly amused at the stupidity coming from it.
Example 2: My roommate. She rarely studies, and despite that fact, has done fairly well in college with the exception of first quarter. She took a bunch of AP's in high school and passed all of them, but when you read her profile, it's hilarious because it shows absolutely none of what she is capable of. It lists her class schedule, says "I'm shellilicous!," and has that annoying thing about spring time for germany and hitler.
I know this is random, but it is just funny how smart people hide that they are smart, and not-so-smart people show off the one thing they do know about.
