Doris had wandered off, exploring what the island had to offer. She was immensely enjoying the scenery; the exotic plants that did not exist, or could not, on the Frontier, and all the species of animals crawling, prowling, flying and leaping around the jungle-like landscape was truly amazing and held her attention for a good while. She was so caught up in everything that surrounded her that she did not hear the sirens going off on the resort. From where she was, it sounded more like a low hum, but the noises in the wild overpowered everything and anything... save for the distant rolling thunder over head.

The Huntress had not thought she had wandered too far from the resort, seeing as she could make out the gleaming windows of one of the hotels in the distance. But from what she could see and what distance she would need to cross in order to get back was a considerable difference. Before she knew it, Doris was trying to get out the rain, beating down on her mercilessly as thunder and lighting battled in the skies above. What was more was that the tide was coming in, and with it some massive waves. Doris immediately sought out higher ground as the winds began to pick up, blowing at ferocious speeds and howling through the storm...

He was not happy. He had been focusing on getting the guests of the hotel to safety. Until his boss came to him and hold him a guest was missing and that he needed to go look for her. Grumbling under his breath, Zechs moved through the jungle, trying to find where this one guest had gone to. What in the world was his boss thinking? Oh yeah, his boss hadn't been thinking. But, he would keep most of his thoughts to himself. No need to piss anyone off.

Zechs turned, catching sight of something. Aha... He jogged over towards her. "There you are. We need to go."

Doris could fainltly hear someone approaching her with hurried steps. She was drenched in rain water and shivering from the winds; hair plasted to her face and her white dress -- something she usually didn't wear but the temperature on the island was too hot for her usual attire -- clung to her body and accentuted those bountiful curves.

"Go where?" She cried out, her voice trying to sound over the storm. "There's no possible way we can make it back without being dragged off. We need to find higher ground."

He had been wearing a black suit with a red shirt under the jacket. The clothes where stuck to him, soaked through with rain. Zechs' long hair was still in a neat braid, but it was soaked as well. Seeing the state of the woman, he shrugged out of his jacket and handed it to her. "It's not in much better shape, but it should help..."

And she had a point. "There's a cave up this hill that we can take shelter in!"

"Don't worry 'bout me," she said as she began to ascend the hill. Hiking up her dress up to her thighs, Doris treked through the mud and sand, her bare feet caked in dirt as well as splattered on her legs. Such things were of no worry to Doris; she was a woman of the Frontier, a place where nature dished out a hell of a lot more than a storm.

Having reached the entrance to the cave, Doris wasted no time in getting in and scouring for dry wood and leaves. "We need to make a fire; we'll never survive the storm without any heat."
