The concert had been a blasting success, the fans were delirious and satisfied, if not wanting more. Although most of their focus were usually on the lead singer, and perhaps the other guitarist, rather than on him, the bassist. But Nikita didn't mind not being in the spotlight, preferring to contribute in other ways possible, and leave it all to

She takes her seat beside Nikita and waits for the fans to come up for their autographs. She smiles and shakes hands, gives hugs and kisses, takes pictures and share a laugh or two with her fans. Of course the questions are unavoidable and she answers them with her usual enthusiasm.
"Oh man, yeah, I love it here. You guys are awesome!"
"Dude, of course they're real. What, you wanna touch 'em? Just kidding! No you can't! Oh go away... Fine, a kiss. On the cheek! No funny business, mister. I've got security, but I can promise you I can kick your ass if I want!"
"Huh? No, no. Niki and I are just friends... Awww, I think we'd look pretty together too, haha~ But it's really nothing like that..."

He glanced over at Julia a few times when she answered the many questions thrown at her, especially when they asked about him and her being an item. His other band members were doing a much better job than him, though that was also perhaps what some of his fans loved about him.
The quiet, silent, brooding and stoic bassist, with the hidden voice that oozes appeal and stroke a chord with the fans, ever eager to catch sight of his rare smiles, and to hear more of his songs. It took quite a while, but pretty soon the limit was up, and soon it was time for the press and media while the fans were shuffled to the back areas.

She takes a moment to take a drink from the water bottle they left for her in her place then glances to Nikita beside him. He looks cool and collected as always. Leaning towards him a bit, she asks lowly, "You holding up?"

He sighed and took in a deep breath as he leaned back on his seat, glancing over at her when she leaned close to him, nodding at her question. That small gesture, though, was immediately noticed by a few fans, who were whipped into a frenzy.
That made him flush and look back straight ahead, gaze lowered down at the table even as their manager tried to silence the screams. On both their sides, their other two band mates were giving them wry grins, clearly not helping with the situation.

If anything, her question and reaction just seems to spur the fans on. It started at the front, growing in volume and boisterousness until practically everyone is chanting "NILCHEN! NILCHEN! NILCHEN!" An absurd combination of their names. That will probably make the rounds of the fan communities in a few minutes.
Julia sighs and sinks back into her seat, hiding a bit of her amused grin and pink cheeks behind one hand as she gives her unhelpful bandmates a look. She punches the closest one to her ("Tonio, you dick...") and again, addresses the fans,
"YOU'RE ALL TERRIBLE!"
And she just sort of glances to Nikita by the corner of her eye to see for his reaction.

Julia's outburst only made matters even more rowdy amongst the fans, and Nikita willed himself to stop flushing from the ridiculous chants, eyeing her from the corner of his eyes even as he too sunk back into his seat. He wished he could bury himself into the safety and comfort of his thick coat.
Nikita turned toward Julia once more, an awkward grin on his lips. The fans were probably half right about how he felt for her, though he had often tried to bury that feeling inside him, preferring to regard it as some sort of friendly affection rather than something more than friends.
Then he leaned forward and pulled his microphone nearer, that gesture seemed to work miracles as the fans quickly lowered their voice and waited with bated breath for him to speak, especially since this would most likely be the first time they heard Nikita the Bassist's normal voice.
"Hej."
The single word brought the fans to such a craze that it nearly brought the whole room down, and it really surprised Nikita to realise the kind of effects he might have on them. Maybe he should have just shut up and leave it all to Julia. Yea.

"Do you have something to say to them?" She asks him, ignoring the crowd who is just getting worked up with how close she is to him. Not quite close enough to be scandalous but for the fans, it could actually "mean something."

He shook his head at her question, unable to find the voice in himself to say anything else. Right this moment, he wished everything would be settled as soon as possible, then bury his head somewhere deep under the pillows of his hotel room. Beside him, Francis was giving him funny looks, and he kicked the older man's shin in annoyance.
Their manager was already shaking his head at this whole fiasco, already glaring holes into the back of their heads, as if to say We will have a word about this later. Nikita could only sigh deeply and put on his pokerface once more.

With the mike in hand, she turns back to the fans, intent on addressing them and making a final statement on the matter, "Look you guys," She smiles and pauses so that the fans could finish and settle down. "It's really awesome that you liked our duet earlier tonight. That song was written by Nikita himself, by the way~"
And another pause to let the fans show their love and enthusiasm.
"It's also nice how you all seem to like the idea of me and Niki being together in that way, but!" More screaming. Oh these fans sometimes... "There's really nothing going on. I guess we just have good stage chemistry." And just to appease the fans (and herself), maybe to confuse and tease them even more, who knows? She turns to the side to Nikita and winks at him playfully.
"And that's it for that topic! Let's move on!" And with that she drops the subject and doesn't answer anymore questions concerning that.
As far as she knows, that's all there is really. Okay, she finds Nikita cute and she thinks they can be good friends but she doubts anything will ever come out of it. His type of girl is probably similar to his sister (girly, ladylike, curvy), given how he is with her, and as far as Julia knows, she's just not that type.

The fans, though were mostly not buying her words when they saw that. Yet they weren't sure either, so it worked out just fine, to keep them in a limbo and grey areas of uncertainties. He wanted to lean over and as What was that about? but refrained himself, lest he sent out the wrong signal again.
Their manager stepped in at that moment and reigned in everyone, both fans and presses alike, giving his usual words of thank yous and other pleasantries and formalities. Their short meet-and-greet, which had extended beyond the time limit, finally ended and the four of them were urged by the securities back to the safety of their hotel, while the fans continued to scream and cry out for them to stay.
Throughout the journey back in the limousine, Nikita was silent in the plush seat, still riding on the wave of craziness from moments earlier. Their other two band mates were chatting away cheerfully, and him being stuck sitting beside Julia. This time, he didn't lean close to her as he whispered a quiet 'thank you', not wanting to be teased by the other two older men in the car.

Antonio notices them but decides to let it go for now, though he does smile at Nikita a little, amused at how things are progressing and how cute it all is.

But it was slightly different this time, especially more so when Antonio threw him an amused smile. Sometimes, he wondered if it was all a ploy to garner more interests from the fans, which was already working like magic. On the other hand, he suspected that both Antonio and Francis knew of his feelings for Julia, though none of them confirmed his suspicions.
The ride back was smooth, without any further hitches, and soon they reached their hotel. He shifted slightly and shook Julia's shoulder with his free hand, indicating their arrival. He knew she was a light sleeper, so it shouldn't be hard to rouse her awake.

"...Hi." She manages after a while and just continues on staring at him a little. She still hasn't moved away from him.

He quickly snapped out of his staring and jerked his head in the direction of the opened limousine door. "We have arrived." The taller man stepped out and held a hand out to her, earning a wolf whistle from Francis when he walked past. Nikita decided to ignore him and wait for her instead.

Julia looks up at Nikita. "What time is it?" She's still holding his hand.

He wouldn't let go until he was certain she was properly awake. "Should sleep early tonight."
