For all the things the hotel could and did meddle with, the effect it had on the concept of time was one of the more frustrating. While it was easy enough for go through each day and register time passing, the amount that did never seemed to mean much. As someone who always tried to fill her days with as many useful and worthwhile things as

"Don't ya think it's a good time for a break?" he asked, friendly smile on his lips and tail wagging happily, "I'd hate to see ya bust your knuckles open again! They're way to pretty for that to happen."

Thankfully she hadn't hurt herself in the fall, but was still fairly shaken up, staring wide eyed at the stranger.
"How did you...where did you...?" she rambled, unable to really complete her sentences for disbelief of the situation.

Amelia stumbled in her strike as the noise hit her, glancing up to see the smoke rising up farther away. It was lucky the noise hadn't caused a landslide! Not to mention how anything had blown up on the mountain range in the first place. Quickly deciding to investage, she cast Ray Wing and sped off, only taking a short while to find the site of the explosion. She was curious about the burning debris, but more concerned with the young woman lying on the ground.
"Hey, are you alright?" she asked as she rushed over, quickly using a freezing spell to stop the coat burning up and attempting to help the woman sit up.
[ooc: Oh my, that is awesome.~ She'll try to shake off her trauma for the sake of being polite. XD]

Sitting up, the witch rubbed her head and sighed. All that work for nothing. At least Mimete wasn't there to gloat about it. That bitch. But there was someone there, some she didn't recognize at all. Eudial raised an eyebrow. "I'm fine, but who are you?"

"I was just training nearby and I heard the explosion. You sure you're okay, no injuries or anything." she asked, just in case she needed to do any healing. Meanwhile she stood and offered the other female a hand to stand up.
"I'm Amelia by the way. What's your name?" she enquired, smiling pleasantly.

For now, though, this looked to be not so awkward - it was the girl from before, and if his cleric training had gotten anything through his head, she seemed ...tired? Hmm.
He waves a bit, trying to get her attention before he got too close to startle her. "Miss Amelia!"
[Sorry about flaking on the previous CR. Might we say they got along well without getting in each other's robes? Aldray would've been too much of a gentleman to do so so soon anyway, aphro be damned. xD;]

"Oh, Mr Aldray!" she smiled and waved back, ignoring the stinging of her hands, before moving towards the path to meet him. "How are you?"
[ooc: No worries, it's okay. We can assume they bonded over justice, Amelia already considers him awesome for that. ^-^]

"I'm doing well, how about yourself?" He glanced around, noting the piles of broken rock. "Looks like you've been keeping busy..."

Following his gaze, she rubbed the back of her head head sheepishly, laughing and blushing a bit in embarrassment. She hadn't realized how much damage she had done. "Ah, yes I guess you could say that. I just wanted to clear my head a bit."

"...It's hard, being stuck in a place like this isn't it?"

Blinking a moment, the princess quickly got to her feet and dusted herself off, before managing to smile at the stranger. She didn't want to pass her gloom on to another person after all. It also made her momentarily forget the odd animal she had just seen.
"Well, maybe so, but I'm a firm believer in Justice prevailing, so I'll make the most of this no matter what!" she cheered, striking a pose.
Reply
"Justice prevailing, huh? My brother would enjoy getting to know you! I'm Ruka. It's nice to meet you!"

"Nice to meet you too Ruka, I'm Amelia." she replied. Tilting her head in a curious fashion, she paused a moment before speaking again. "Did you just decide to explore up here too?" she asked.
