I noticed... I was trying not to pay them too much attention. I don't like this about as much as the next guy, but I'd sure like to figure out why it's happening. [Folds his arms]

It was easy at first but now...well it's almost like they're getting easier to see.

There's two options; one is someone was de-chipped and this is what happened and second...well; t-there has to be some reason; why there was no one in this town.

My guess was because this place got blown up or attacked or something. I mean, it didn't exactly look livable when I first got here... I'm sure it was this way when people first started getting here... Though I could be wrong.
