(no subject)
So its been awhile. Haven't really been up to much. I basically went through everything I own and put everything that I don't want until August and that it not potentially going to be going/sent to Japan in my storage unit. Holy mackerel, I have a lot of stuff! I only have two more boxes to go through and I can take my second to last trip to storage (the last being right before I leave with everything else I am not taking).
I have definitely sort of dropped off the map lately. I haven't really talked to anyone lately, i guess I am sort of just unwinding after the last semester. I have been filling out paperwork for Aeon, preparing to leave for Japan type stuff, and buying what I need for clothes, replacing things. Nothing really interesting
I finally got to talk to my sister. April and May kind of sucked for her. Not to mention that I called her at least twice a week for 2 months and left messages, and she maybe got 4 messages in total. Her phone always drops my calls, we have no idea why but it does. Anyway I hung out with her all last weekend and am hanging out with her for the next couple of days starting tomorrow. We went to Port Townsend, which has some of the most gorgeous buildings ever! We went on the ferry. I love the ferry. Anyway, saw my friend Marisa from high school, which was lots of fun because we talk online and stuff but haven't been able to catch up in person. I also saw a porpoise!!! I lived on an island in the middle of puget sound for most of my life and this was the first time I've seen them. It was awesome!!! So I did that with my sister, and we have also made plans to go to Vancouver and Victoria before I leave for Japan, since I've never been to either place. The farthest north I've been is the San Juans, which of course I love dearly.
Other than all of that I've been to the dentist and the clinic getting check ups and fix ups etc. So much fun....not. I've also become obsessed with the show Jeremiah, which is fabulous in a firefly sort of way. but got to go now.
