hiiii everybody!

long time no see / talk / livejournal.

I have alot. to say. woohoo!

This week our church was doing VBS and I was a "shepherd" for the kindergartners. They are sooo cuteeee and I am going to miss some of them!! Small children are excellent at tangents. Did you know that? At one point they had to introduce themselves and say something that they are practicing, and this one boy jumps up and yells, "I'M PRACTICING MY ARMPIT FARTING, SEE!?!" and proceeds to demonstrate his talented armpits to the class. All of the kids were like, "YEAH ME TOOOO" and we had a five minute armpit tangent. It was silly. Their favorite game is duck duck goose, so I got to play that an awful lot too. It was so awesome to dance and laugh and skip with them. EEEE okay and so on.

Yesterday I went to Cedar Point ! In the morning I waited while my dad rode the Dragster with Pastor Barry, which is kinda funny (I was too chicken) and then we rode basically all the coasters and it was reallly realllllly sweet. Then, after lunch we went on this water ride, where I got completely drenched. Later that afternoon we were getting onto the Magnum whatever and I heard thunder. By the time we got to the top of the highest hill, it was thundering and lightning and beginning to rain. YAY!! My dad and I were kinda just like, "Bring it on!!" because you know, we were already soaked. Unfortunately though, a ton of the rides closed down. That was dumb, and we had to wait a really long (cold, wet) time. Oh and then we heard a tornado siren. more yay! Since we went with a church group, there were a lot of sweet people my age and we had fun anyways. Bus ride home included MASH and Willy Wonka (not sleep unfortunately) and smelly wet socks. All in all, it was a fantastically fun and exhausting day.

I've been writing a lot more recently, although it sucks because many times I feel like writing really late at night when I'm already tired, so I'm either too lazy to write it down and it gets lost, or I'm not sure if it's crap as the result of my tiredness. Oh well.
