Juliet thinks the Doctor's stupid and possibly suicidal (for good reason, admittedly). The Doctor kind of likes her, though. She gave him an alien in an appendix in a jar to poke at!

She believes in magic, she mocks the Doctor a lot, and she's kind of (really) violent. By all rights, the Doctor shouldn't like her... but she's also brave and loyal and a very good friend. She has a standing offer to come with him whenever he finds a way out of this place, though he doesn't hold out much hope she'll take it.

One of the Doctor's very favorite people here. Maybe it's because he's just like the Doctor, just younger and less broken. Neal's the person the Doctor can always count on to get in trouble with him... until he starts feeling guilty for that, and shoving Neal away. It goes in cycles.

Blames the Doctor for once turning Neal into a fox. Stalks Neal and disapproves of pretty much any contact the Doctor has with him. Might be saving a bullet with the Doctor's name on it. The antipathy is mutual.

She's brilliant and charming, and the Doctor is... a little bit wrapped around her finger. He absolutely believes she means well, and he rather thinks she's going to be the one to help him find a way out of here. In the meantime, there's a lot of not-quite flirting and playing with clockwork creations.

Has a habit of kidnapping the Doctor and tormenting his friends to get at him. The Doctor hates him... but he's oddly fascinated by him, too. They can even manage a civil conversation, when the Doctor doesn't have any friends around to torture.
