Beyond the Rift: Storylines
Just a couple for now, but... I go on. A lot.
"A great big threatening button which must not be pressed under any circumstances. Am I right?" The Doctor cannot resist poking at things. He just can't, even if he knows there's a good chance it may kill him. He likes dangerous things (werewolves), he likes shiny things (clockwork robots), he likes impossible things (planets orbiting black holes), and he likes it best when they're all three at once (...we're not going to give an example for this one).
Sometimes he can fix everything and set it to rights (or just poke at it gleefully and figure out how it works, if it's nothing that actually needs fixed), and sometimes it's horrible and disastrous and ends up utterly crushing him. I'm really open to either kind of plot. If you've got a character or a situation that might interest him, let me know. We can find a way to get him involved.

"He needs you. That's very me." The Doctor's developed this sort of paranoia about people getting close to him - every time he gets close to a person lately (or... ever...), horrible things happen to them, because of him. I kind of want to fix that, so... there's a spot open for a small adventure with the Doctor. I don't know what yet, we'll come up with something, but I want to do a tinyplot of some sort where he can meet one person, really really like them, have an adventure with them, fix things/save people, and nothing bad happens to that person.
It would be awesome if that person sticks around and becomes friends with him and they get more shiny adventures, or if they part ways the way he and Donna did in The Runaway Bride, just... someone he really likes who's not going to break his heart, please? Knowing the Doctor, this someone has to be very clever, and is likely to be female, in their teens or twenties (he has a type), but I'll consider anyone.
