went to the gym last night and it felt soooo good. and when i came home, doug had already started on a healthy, filling dinner. it was a good evening. i'm officially back on track. not sure if i'll see a loss this week, but i don't care. i'm already feeling way healthier than i was a couple of days ago and that's all that matters to me this week.
