so much for getting back on track yesterday. went out for chinese food and the rest of the evening pretty much went downhill from there. buh.
BUT, we finally got the majority of the kitchen unpacked last night, so we no longer have excuses to eat out, which is pretty much what we've been doing since friday. i told doug to think of something to take out of the freezer because we are cooking at home tonight.
part of my failure these past few days is due to not doing a formal workout since Thursday. i canceled my gym membership yesterday because it's just way too far to get to, now that we've moved. however, i'm going to call one of the other locations that i used to go to before the ownership changed and see if i can join at a reasonable rate. i even brought my gym bag with me today, just in case i get lucky. i desperately need to do my elliptical/jogging routine. even though we've been moving boxes and furniture for the past few days, i'm starting to feel weak and pudgy. i need to reverse that feeling a.s.a.p. luckily the Biggest Loser is on tonight, so i can start getting motivated again.
