EDIT: I have been exhausted this week! Not sure what the deal is. On the upside, I've been sleeping pretty well, considering my usual pattern of crap sleep during the week (i usually don't sleep more than 5.5/6 hours, but lately, I've been getting about 6.5/7 hours). I hope I'm not getting sick. I feel fine otherwise, but it's been making exercise a struggle this week. I might take a walk on my lunch break to see if being outside helps.
i need to stay motivated for the gym. and instead of incline training, i think i might go back and try that
treadmill workout from Fitness magazine again. i haven't attempted it in at least 2 months, if not longer. the incline training has made my legs stronger and i think my speed is better since the last time i attempted it. i just want to do a routine that will go by fast and still burn some calories. and changing the speeds every few minutes does make it go by pretty quick, considering it's an hour. we'll see.
