doug surprised me by wanting to go on another bike ride last night. we went after dinner, so it felt good not to feel so heavy with food afterward. i'm glad we both have bikes now and i'm glad he's feeling motivated to ride with me. he doesn't like to go on walks and he refuses to go to the gym with me, so it's nice to have some kind of exercise that we can enjoy together. it was nice.

planning on leaving work a little early today so i can put in more time at the gym. and i think i am indeed going to take tomorrow off from working out. my last day off was Friday the 17th, so i think i'm due, haha. plus my body has just been feeling tired the past few days.
