Today's weight: 166.2. A loss of 0.2 pounds. By some miracle, I didn't gain this week. I'm back to where I was 2 weeks ago, so I really need to focus this week and shoot for a substantial loss next week. I'm kinda bummed because I was hoping to hit goal by August, September at the latest, but at this rate, it probably won't be until October or maybe even November. I average about a one pound/week loss, so initially, I thought August/September was being generous. Oh well. I'll just get there when I get there, I guess. An entire week without any self-sabotage would be awesome.
