buh. i hate working out simply because i overate the day before. it changes my attitude during the workout. the whole time i'm just regretful and pissed off at myself. it's much different from a regular workout, where i'm usually proud of myself and feeling optimistic about my goal. today, it was more like much-deserved punishment.
oh well. no use in dwelling on it. i'm just gonna move forward in the day, drink lots of water and go about my errands. i need to pick up a veggie tray for a pot luck at work and then i'll probably swing by K-mart to look for some cheap workout pants, preferably ones with drawstrings. my super-nice workout pants that i bought a few months ago are already too big. more money wasted. grr! but they need to be replaced before i go to the gym again. i'm sure no one wants to see my panties while i'm going crazy on the elliptical for an hour.
