There is the delicate clearing of a throat and then Thom's voice comes across the Net.As it seems that today is a day for a proper 'tea' I though some of you might appreciate a quick run down of 'tea' ettiquette. Oh any number of events. High tea, dinner parties, brunches, soirees, hunt breakfasts, well you get the idea.
