Ranting Is Good For the Soul... I Guess...
Recently
I've become addicted
To these communities
Such as
Communities_Suck
And frankly
It's nice to talk to people
Who understand
Just what I'm going through.
But it got me thinking
About why
People feel the need
To post about customers
They hate so much.
What it all boils down to
In most cases
Is an
"I'm-right-no-I'm-right"
Argument
And maybe
They reason that people post
Is to reaffirm themselves.
As if
By hearing that they WERE right
From other people
Even though, aloud,
They had to say that,
"The customer is always right",
They want to hear
That THEY are.
I can't really blame anyone
For that.
