Check out Jenny Lewis and The Watson Twins' album. I'm not really into the "alt-country" thing but I love their stuff!

Also check this out: http://www.paramountclassics.com/leland/main.html . It's not alt-country but it's some of the best acoustic based songs I've heard in a long time.

yeah true. jordan hates us. haha.. i told dustin that i want you to sing a song with us one of these days. whether with our duo or waving at strangers.. that'd be so kick ass. like let you write a verse and you and dustin can go back and forth. i'd love it.
