your not crazy. Your cat is part of your family, people who call you crazy just because you want to save a pet that you probably had for some time then they never experienced the joys of having pets. Because if they had that memory to draw from then they would understand why you want to try as much as you can to save the cat. Plus it is hard as a petowner to know when the fight to save ones pet is over and it is time to let nature run it's course and let the pet get the peace it deserves, I have been lucky though in the sense that the first pet I lived with was the familydog and when she had reached a point where it was inhuman to try and keep her alive it was my parents that had to make that decision and with my own dog it was an easy decision since she had slipped in to a coma after she had been given a sleeping drug so they could X-ray her whole body and operate if it was necessery. But both times still hurt like hell because they were part of my family and it is the same for my cat, I would happily give up my apartment and move back to my parents and never buy a thing for my self if it meant that I could have the mony needed to save her so no your not crazy. You just love your pets and being a crazy catlady isn't bad, atleast you will have amusing roommates that don't talk thrash about you and actually love you even if you have bad days or days when your angry at the whole world.
