i'm thinking about adopting cats (yr old or so) from a feral cat org that adopts out kittens taken from the colony younger than 8wks. does anyone have experience with this? i've heard that even removed pretty young, kittens of feral parentage (vs stray or owned) are more skittish etc bc they pick it up from their mother young. I just don't want to end up with problem cats if its foreseeable. i'll be looking at cats fostered almost a year, but still
