mmmmmm
well today was undeniably good. it went like this:
adv. painting, last class. chilled with mrs. karolian and finished up a watercolor for my mother.
breakfast with miss amanda gates at traver's, simply splendid, we felt so chic.
get back to school to clean amanda's locker, visit teachers, and hand out thank you cards that i remembered to do this year! (so proud of this)
english class, kat and megan's presentation on the life of pi, which i now want to read, along with ishmael, catcher in the rye, reading lolita in tibet, harry potter and whatever it is this time, etc. etc. etc. please feel free to add, i will create an ordered list soon!
spent 10 mins in calc, then went to spring fling at maple ave where i got a free amazingly delicious brownie AND an orange balloon.
back to school for tim and jerry's mini play, which was amusing yet confusing.
said goodbye and went home! once at home, spent quality time with dad while i picked up my room and hung up awards and paintings and such. also, cleaned out all my school stuff. there is little else as satisfying as recycling well done papers.
went to ty's to go swimming and chill. :)
went back home and changed and drove the hopkington in less than 40 mins so i could be at the hoppie grad, which was in a barn, and was pretty fricken sweet. then hung around with many people i didn't know in a small area that got very hot, very fast. then went to alex's house for swimming and hot tubbing delights with dev and caitlin and julien. then drove our boys back to the school so they could enjoy a splendid substance free evening, and dev and cait and i went to concord to get our Friendly's fix. BUT the one we usually go to was full, so we went to the one on loudon road AND there was a HUGE amount of vehicles with flashing lights so it took a while to get there. and then we get inside and dev is like i locked my keys in my car, so we eat (dev was brave and reordered our onion rings after karol the waitress forgot) and paid (caitlin was brave and looked up the number of the police so we could get them to get dev's keys) and then i was brave and called first the cops, who didn't want to help us, and then AAA, and as i'm about to have a real conversation with an actual person dev opens her car door. LOVELY.
and now i'm home, kinda bored but FILLED and CONTENT. :) i love swimming. OOOO I FORGOT there were 2 frogs in alex's pool and they were a great source of entertainment. so was devon diving backwards into the pool, and trying to swim in alex's huge tshirt and shorts.
soooooo for those of you who don't know, graduation is on June 16, at 7 pm at St. Anselm's College, pleeeeeease please please feel free to come, or to ask me about coming maybe you can follow my parents? it will be great fun!
for those of you who do know about grad, is there anything happening after? i don't want to get drunk but i wouldn't mind going to a party and not getting attacked by police.
