I have just finished having one of those four day stints where you just want to say fuck it all and kill me while you're at it. The pain and nausea and exhaustion and fever wouldn't stop. Glad it's over...
The sole highlight of the wretched weekend was seeing Half Nelson. (Thanks J. for the screener copy!) Ryan Gosling easily gives one of the best performances of the year and the movie itself is just an open eyed honest unflinching masterpiece. I cannot begin to recommend it enough.
I am so tired but I can't sleep. Figures.
