Tall-a-muh-hassee
So, I'm moving on Monday. I can't fuckin believe it. I hope Florida State is all it's cracked up to be and that I don't regret the move. But I'm sure I won't. I'm looking foward to meeting new people that I don't already know everything about.
I'm going out to dinner with my mom, Josh, and my sister Gina to Pandora's in half an hour. I'm pretty stoked. Especially since I don't have to pay. :D
I'm playing drums at church on Sunday for the 1st and 3rd services. I'm freaking out a little bit since I haven't played in public in years. I'm a little rusty, so hopefully the rehearsal on Saturday will prove to be beneficial, at least somewhat. I'm playing with my mom (piano) and this guy David (bass) who are both amazingly talented, so I hope I don't shit all over this performance with my lack of coordination in the percussion department. Here's wishing for the best.
It's only been 2 days and I miss Chris already. He's in Tallahassee now moving in and setting up his apartment. : /
Oh yeah-- Colorado was fun! But I'm really glad to be home now, despite the shitty hot weather. We were in Denver and Colorado Springs, and I also went to Vail. Beautiful scenery. I also got to shoot guns- a 22 shotgun and a 357 magnum. It was quite fun. Jacob posted some pictures that he took on his facebook, so take a look at that if you'd like. I'll try to post some of my pictures later on when I get a chance.
