Work was interesting today. I had 13 fucking kids today in my room. 2 adults, 13 kids. Fantastic. This 3 year old girl decided it would be a fabulous idea to throw sand at another kid on the playground, for no apparent reason. So, I informed her that it in fact was not and that she earned some time out. Evidently, "time out" is the trigger word for total meltdown. Whatever, stand there and cry, that's cool. Another 4 year old girl was displaying how well she could throw a temper tantrum when she got there-- screaming/yelling, kicking, throwing her shoe across the room (I shit you not). I sometimes have to remind myself that I am at church and to not grab some of these kids up by their collar and beat the hell out of 'em. Patience, patience. All I know is that if they were my kids and they acted like that, they would have no ass left by now.
Today I've been organizing all my crap to take to Tallahassee this weekend. Chris is going out with me Thursday night to Pensacola to help me finish emptying out the apartment. God I've got so much work to do with regards to packing. Moving is the biggest pain in the ass ever, next to transfering schools. I don't know why I seem to incur these stresses in my life all at once. Just lucky I guess.
Friday night will probably be spent painting with Katelyn. We have to do my room, my bathroom, her futon, her chair, and whatever else I don't know about yet. I'm excited though, our place is really nice. I can't wait until everything is moved in and done! If I remember I'll bring my camera this weekend and take some pictures to post on here.
