[An unfamiliar ghost seems to appear amid all the others, glad in nurse getup, but there aren't really eyes where there should be. She doesn't seem to acknowledge the others. Voice is barely a whisper, and seems to only become fully audible when her journal statics up]

[And for your trouble you get the nurse and the entire line of figment-ghosts going into a sudden spasm. It starts as a series of twitches of their head, until suddenly their skulls are moving and whipping so quickly that it's a full blur -- one can almost hear the bones snapping at the velocity]
