ISSS Corporate Coacktail
The ISSS Corporate Cocktail was tonight. A night were very serious consultants and HR people speak to very serious students about graduate positions. It went alright - I've always been more of a listener. Don't think I stood out all that much in terms of 'speech'. Boo.
Bright side is... I had fun attempting to give out name tags, which were sitting in front of me upside down. I learnt quite a bit about job applications and interviews. I also felt slightly pleased that all the swimming club activities, web design and such have not gone to waste (much). People may actually look at those few extra lines on the resume. I really still don't know how much difference and interest people will take into that kinda stuff.
Just very tired. And I have an assignment due 5.00pm tomorrow. JOY. Completion levels about... 30% (after what I heard about what other people have done, I've decided I shall have to expand my answers). JOY.

Five interesting body facts from hirothepenguin
Tagging whoever finds time / this meme amusing.

  • My list of skin allergies is growing :D ... I now use moisturising lotion to wash my hands D:
  • My hand measures just 15cm (probably a couple mm less)
  • My feet are small too (well, it figures). Size 4-5 or in Hong Kong it is 35/36? (can't remember)
  • I've never had braces before - I felt so OUT in high school. Almost every kid I knew had a braces stage.
  • Even though I don't drink milk - I've have not broken any bones (at the moment).

Mill Park Swim Club Website
Ah. Yes, and behold : http://www.millparkswimclub.com/ - If you need to comment, please do so in this post. My not-so-secret mission in life is to BLIND everyone with white and yellow >D ... seriously terrible club colours. The best I could do - for now. And yes, I cheated with the css. That's what happens when a girl designs and codes everything in less than half a day.
