Its hard to maintain this daily ritual of journaling my food intake and exercise but here's an update:
I've been doing well but last night I had a impulsive binge of food because there's nothing in the fridge and I don't expect getting groceries for awhile because I'll be out of my apt for awhile on a couple of trips.
Last night, I had a binge of Burger King that was absolutely delicious but I felt guilty eating. And today, I had a craving for Pizza Hut and was close to calling delivery but decided to eat a p/b sandwich and go out on the track today and walk one lap. I was happy about this.
For the next three days, food will be scarce but I want to make do with what I have and get more walking in...maybe some running? :-)
