So you would think, a bakery wouldn't be terribly difficult to design. How much thought does it really required? You need ovens and mixing machines and the such. The typical bakery isn't large, but my final project in school is a bakery, and it needs to be at least 30,000 sq. ft. WTF?! That is a HUGE area. Seriously. This bakery needs to include a kitchen, obviously, a small dine in area where the breads can be sampled. Office space, a weather protected smoke area for employees who smoke. Employee parking somewhere away from the customer parking. And a bunch of other crap. We need to have a wood burning oven, WTF?! Who the hell uses wood burning ovens anymore?!
At first, I thought this was going to be easy. Then, as three days have passed, I've realized differently. Instead of being easy, it's a pain in the ass, because we don't know anything that he wants. We don't know how much he's willing to spend. We don't know how big any of the equipment is... argh!
