for the birds
we have a new bird feeder, but it's lonely right now. it has been hanging from that tree for a good fifteen to twenty minutes, and not one bird.
today, seth and i learned to play raquetball from a few of the people we play volleyball with. it is such a great game. you get an amazing workout, anyone can play, and it's just a plain old good time.
last night i started a poem about the night sky because, for those who weren't in holderness last night, it was pretty damn amazing. i love the location of our house. the only nearby light is attached to the house, so looking up at night is magnificent. i like writing poetry. i'm going to write a poem about volleyball. because it's fun. and we play with senior citizens sometimes.
we're having a party tonight. are you coming?
