(no subject)
Throwing a party is exhausting.
I have wiped, scrubbed, washed, dried, picked up, put away, thrown away, sliced, diced, chopped, arranged, shopped, bought, carted, emptied, made, stressed, directed, suggested, asked, allowed, swooned, loved, tried on, rejected, accepted, re-arranged, taken down, set up, disposed of, abbetted in killing, straightened, cleaned, removed, bleached, deodorized, cut, mended, searched, and more since Monday.
I've also worked what will be 40 hours by 6pm tomorrow, worked on an application for a supervisory position at my place of employ, painted my nails, plucked my eyebrows, and tried not to be a completely awful girlfriend. I think I haven't completely failed on that last note, but I suppose I'm not really in an impartial position to say.
Right now I need to shower and sleep. I think I'll get to that.
