I haven't gone here yet, but it sounds interesting. It's a site so you can choose what catalogs you would like to be sent (or not sent) to your house. Also, optoutprescreen.com helps with credit card shit and Dmaconsumers.org helps with all crap in the mail you would like to go away, but that one costs $1.
