what an interesting night

Yo.

Well, sorry I haven't put a real update on here for awhile. Here is what I have been up to and what has been going on:

So last night was the hardest practice we've had so far and probably the hardest workout I've ever had. Hardest I can think of at least. We pretty much sprinted 8 miles or so with pushups, jumpies and all this other shit mixed in. It was so tough. Man, I was physically exhausted.

After practice, we went over to Beasley before the basketball game started to get the "GO COUGS" bracelet. THey are crimson and are like the LIVESTRONG ones. It's tight. We lied and told them we are in "ZZU CRU" to get in early and got our bracelets and literally walked out of the exit right next to the entrance. BOMB.

Today for practice we put the launches in the water down on the river and then ran about 6 miles I think. Like 3 miles down the road and 3 miles back. Something like that.

I saw "Hide And Seek" tonight. Very interesting movie. It wasn't really freaky scary, but it was very suspenseful. I would recommmend it. It was spooky. GOod times.

Ok, so we get back to Coman tonight and we walk in the main entrance and there is cleaner all over the floor and a bunch of people walking around and police inside and outside and shit and I ask the guy standing there if I can go down the ramp to Scott or not because I didn't know what they were doing in there and he said, "Oh yeah, you should be fine. Just watch out for the blood." I'm like, "The blood?" So he tells some guy cut himself and bled everywhere and they had to clean it up. So I go down the ramp and get some stuff from my room because it's my roomie and his girlfriend are celebrating their two year today, so they needed some "alone" time. I knocked on the door 10 times like we had discussed earlier and the door was deadbolted but he eventually opened it with the chain across it and I told him what I needed for practice and he closed the door and I could hear him laughing with his girlfriend and he opens the door and is in a towel and gives me my stuff and yeah, and as I came back to Coman I went up the stairs to get here and walked past this bathroom in the lobby and there was a police officer in there with tape across the open door frame and blood was EVERYWHERE. On the walls, on the floor, everywhere. Apparently this guy named Ned got drunk and punched a lightbulb and sliced his hand open. Tight. So I am crashing at my friend's dorm. Good times.

This male cheerleader just came to the door to talk to us because he is drunk. He can't go to Nationals tomorrow in Las Vegas he said because he has a bulging disc in his spine and can't lift girls anymore or throw them up in the air. Sucks. He seems happy right now though.

Anyway, I need to go to bed. PRactice at 9:30 tomorrow morn. Or this morn. ANyway, party tomrrow. Fa sho.

Peace.
