Everything is fine when you are tattered and torn
And when you have absolutely nothing to say.
Everything is fine when you wish you were never born
Or when the ones you love leave day by day.
Everything is fine when you see your friends hurt
Or when they are lying in a hospital bed.
Everything is fine when you feel complete disconcert,
And sitting in your room crying, hoping you were dead.
Everything was fine when it was unlikely love at first sight,
But everything was great when I knew what was coming.
Everything wasn't fine when the arrow was puncturing,
When everything went wrong was when you said "We Might."
Everything isn't fine when I'm with you,
Or when we sit around so there is nothing to do.
Everything failed when you and I kissed,
And we both felt the completed of the missed.
*Well I guess it is fine when I don't hear from you,
And better when you go to his house instead.
It's wonderful when I don't know what to do,
Or when you say "Forget me, i'm good as dead."
*there is a second version of that verse that goes like this:
Well i guess it is fine when I don't hear from you,
And better when my eyes are full of blood.
It's wonderful when I don't know what to do.
Or when you say your a bombshell dud.

With the bright days of pain

I sit here for a reason,

Well the dove came and fell way too hard,
Dead on impact and buried itself in the ground
The heart was pierced by the sharp edge of the beak
Pieces, pain, and panic lie around.
I lay here in this bed on a rainy day
Just thinking, hoping for it all over again
Or thinking of how much we all hate your face just to say
Today is the Anniversary for nothing or to gain.
