As a ghost, Joey doesn't really have much going for him in the 'abilities' department. He's able to whip up a slight breeze and move through physical matter without any difficulty. Most animals can see him or at least sense him. Rosa, as a medium, is able to see him and hear him, but no one else can, unless they're also a medium. He's able to communicate with all ghosts as though they were people you or I would talk to. He's also able to touch them and cause them pain.

As per mod approval, Joey will, be default, be a solid creature, visible and audible to everyone in the city. Though at this point, he isn't aware of it, he is able to, at will, make himself intangible and invisible to mortals, but he does still have the same aura all the time that he usually does. That means, he still freaks animals out, and he is still dead. Meaning, he's more like a really solid poltergeist than a person. He doesn't sleep, he doesn't need to eat.
So, in short, though he hasn't discovered it yet, he will be able to do the following:
&. Move through solid matter as though it weren't there
&. Make himself invisible to mortal eyes
&. In that form, he will not be able to communicate, but only move curtains and such with a slight breeze (I may do a mini plot where he gets stuck like this until he figures it out)
