Tally bound
Well, I havent updated this thing for quite a while, so, I figured, what the hell? Why not?
Yesterday was a very sad day :(
It marked the end of Anna's visit.
After I left and drove for about an hour, Anna texted saying that her flight was delayed. Then a few minutes later she called to tell me that it had been cancelled. Which totally sucks. However, after a few hours of intense negotiations with airport personelle, she boarded a flight to O'hare, and got home before the day was done. Which is good :-). Also, on the ride home my car broke. It still runs quite fine, but the speedometer doesnt work, and neither does the odometer. So, I have no idea how fast I'm going, or how far I've gone. Which gives me benefit of the doubt if I get pulled over. The car wont be fixed in time for when I leave for tally, so I'll just find a mechanic up there. I leave on THURSDAY...and I'm a bit apprehensive/excited/not ready at all for it.
In other, other news, my house A/C is busted. And let me be the first to tell you. It is as hot inside as it is outside. Fricken A!
So, either I'm gonna be seeing Snakes on a Plane alone, or with some new found dorm buddies on friday, and either way, that movie is gonna own.
As of Thursday, August 17th I will be a resident of Tallahassee. I will be rooming in Cawthon Hall, room 7 if anyone wants to visit me ;)
