(no subject)
So it been forever since i've been on lj *is sorry* but i thought i'd make an effort ot pick the habit up again.
Just got back from Columbus where the madrigals and symphonic band performed at the OMEA conference, and where i got to spend more than a full 24 hours with Frank Brian and Clark. You can imagine that being an incredibly gay ol' time. The bus rides and hotel room stya was the craziest of it, probably cuz we weren't in places where charges of public indesency could ensue. Let me paint a brief picture: Imagine Brian Murray, in nothing but Three Stooges pjs and white socks, standing in front of an ironing board singing and dancing with the iron, while frank dances around him like a gay fairy, wearing a t-shirt and his boxers. I had suprise front row seats to that show. *shudders*
Totally worth it though, cuz i got and absolutely amazing fantastic uberlylisciously awesome more adjectives than i can think of shirt from Hot Topic. Its a girls shirt sure, but it looks like it was made for me, and my gorgeous man-pretty physique can totally work it. Me <3 shirt.
As for the performance itself, it went really well i think, and it was cool not having to be the ones in the spotlight, but still getting to perform. Its almost pressure-free, cuz we weren't performing for our own recognition, however, we were performing for the band's, so i think we still gave it our all.
Then we more or less came home. Theres more stories to the trip i'm sure, but i've had a busy day and am really tired thus i can't seem to remember them.
