Monkeybread Software - Freeware - Combine PDFs 3.0
Best way I've come across to turn a bunch of images into a multi-paged PDF that doesn't involve a PDF printer on any platform. Only added 4MB to my carefully compressed PNGs, so it's not doing anything obviously stupid in the process.
