I HATE ALLIE'S LAPTOP.
I have this loooooong entry typed out and then her dad calls me for dinner, and AGH. For some reason it turned off the computer, and my stuff did NOT get saved.
*facepalm*
Toooooo freaking lazy to type everything back out again.
Basically, I finished my re-read of Deathly Hallows today, which made me all sad and fangirly and in the mood for good fanfic...and reminded me why I love this fandom.
On a completely different note, I went to church this morning with Allie and her dad. I'm kind of trying to find God again or whatever, so it was an interesting experience. They're non-demoninational Christians....I'm not quite sure of what I think of it. There was a lot of emphasis on the Bible, which I suppose is the point of church but...eh. I want to believe in God. I really do. Whether I can actually wrap my brain around the traditional version is a different story.
Purely out of curiousity, I think it's time for a poll!

What do y'all think of religion in general? I'm not sure how I feel about it--I think it can be more divisive than anything. I mean, look at how many wars have been fought in its name! And everyone is so convinced they're right...that just bothers me.
Wow, this post moved in a totally different direction that it was supposed to go, but maybe that's for the best, haha. I suppose I'm off to find good fanfic. :D
