Kiss Me, I'm Irish!

Unfortunately aninemity is only as good as the obscurity it entails.
How many good things can I write about tonight?
Traditionally, I allow myself to get caught up in plans and motions beyond my means, tossed around in a whirlwind not of my own design. I broke free from that mold, and ended up enjoying a fantastic evening.
The day went well, for a rainy Saturday, but I have to say that it was hard to last through the duration of my shift. It was not very busy, and I was especially tired, as well as not a little hungry. I could really have used a sandwich... mmm hm. I found a cute bow tie which was green and had shamrocks on it, which I opted to wear instead of my usual ties, as it was St. Patrick's Day today. I also decided to get new lenses in my glasses, which I had alot of fun tinting a green colour. I love being festive!
After work, the real fun began. I had plans for tonight, two conflicting sets of plans, both of which fell through. The first one, to go somewhere and watch the hockey game, never fleshed out simply because my friends have a unique habit of making new plans intermitedly throughout the week without any prior warnings. So they had decided to go to a house party and get smashing drunk, which I wasn't too thrilled about, so I decided to go with Veronica to meet up with Rogan at Boston Pizza. We ended up having a great time (great company, great conversations, great food) and after we went back to Rogans to watch Stranger Than Fiction, one of Will Farrell's best movies in my opinion.
So like I said, a good night. I also have one more thing to add, some more art. This one dedicated to Veronica! Enjoi.
