OOC: Infopost of the do I remember how to do this variety!

I actually have to do one of these this time! I'm so out of practice, haha.

Alluka (& Nanika) Zoldyck || that_oldsaying || Hunter x Hunter

- Alluka is 14 and an incoming freshman.
- She was assigned male at birth but IDs as a girl. (The HxH fandom is super torn on this point, despite the fact that Alluka refers to herself as a girl, because most of Alluka's family consistently misgenders her. But they also refer to her as an 'it' a 'thing' and a 'monster' so I don't know why anyone would take their opinion over hers on what her gender is.)
- She is the closest thing a human being can get to being a sparkly ray of sunshine.
- She's the fourth child out of five from a family of assassins.
- She is not trained as an assassin. Or as anything else, really.
- That's because she's spent most of her life locked away in her room.
- So while she's physically 14, she operates on a younger level mentally.
- She was locked away because, while she might not have any powers, her other half, the entity inside of her, Nanika, does.
- Nanika grants wishes. Nanika's power is limitless.
- When Nanika comes fully out, their eyes and mouth turn into black pits and they get a really terrifying aura.
- They were locked away because Nanika's power is uncontrollable and their parents didn't want their enemies turning Nanika on them. Which would be painfully easy to do.
- There's prices for Nanika to grant your wishes of course. She doesn't do it for free.
- The quick and dirty thing re costs of wishes is that Nanika can grant any wish and the person making the wish doesn't have to pay anything. It's the next person that Nanika decides to come out for that has to fill three of Nanika's requests to pay back the previous wish. Nanika's requests scale with the wish.
- If Nanika's requests are refused four times, she kills you. And the person you love most. And, depending on the severity, she kills more.
- ALL wishes and their accompanying requests are going to be cleared OOCly first. Minor wishes will be cleared just between the players involved, major wishes will have to go through plot approval just like any other plot would need to.

The full list of Nanika's power's rules runs as follows:

1. She can’t grant two wishes in a row to the same person.
2. She CAN ask the same person twice in a row to pay back three requests per wish.
3. Once she makes a request of someone, all three of her requests must be made to that person. She can’t switch people mid-requests. If the person she’s making the three requests of leaves the room and stays out of her sight, Nanika’s request-mode goes into slumber until she sees them again--BUT she can’t grant wishes in that state.
4. A person she makes requests of can refuse her requests FOUR TIMES.
5. After the fourth refusal, backlash sets in:
5a. If it’s a minor wish she’s demanding requests for, only the person she’s asking the requests of dies.
5b. If it’s a major wish that she’s demanding payback for, the person she’s asking the requests of dies, so does their most loved one, and then, in sequential order, the people the requestee knew in order of TIME SPENT AROUND die until Nanika’s wish balance/request balance is restored. (Making someone a millionaire needed a payment of 60+ deaths when her requests were refused.)
5c. There is no way to avoid this death. Nanika simply explodes everyone necessary to pay back the wish at this point. She does not need to be near the people she’s exploding, or even know they exist. Their tie to the person who failed to meet her requests is enough. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
6. Dying resets Nanika’s balance, which means anyone can make a wish and she’s harmless to them until they do so.
7. Wishes that involve HEALING are special:
7a. Nanika must be touching the person/thing/place she is healing in order for it to work.
7b. Nanika’s requests after healing something are ALWAYS small, simple and kind requests. Things like ‘pet my hair, play dolls with me, make me a sandwich’.
7c. Nanika finds healing tiring, so immediately after completing a healing wish, she falls asleep. (Nanika does NOT find destruction tiring. At all.)
8. Nanika can also grant COMMANDS. Only her brother, Killua, knows this and Nanika does not tell other people this. Killua is an exception and Nanika won’t be granting other peoples’ commands.
9. Killua is also the only person who knows that the wishes she grants can be conditional. A wish can be made that goes ‘if this happens, do this; if that happens, do that’. This rule is something other people can find out about, sure.
10. There is no negotiating with Nanika’s requests. If she asks for something and is told ‘how about this instead?’ Nanika will take that as a refusal and add it to the four-refusal tally.

Paddra Nsu-Yeul || pulseof-life || Final Fantasy XIII & XIII-2

- Yeul's full name, Paddra Nsu-Yeul, stands for Yeul of the Nsu Clan, from the city of Paddra. Her first name is Yeul.
- She's an ex-pat and currently hanging out at a dig site with fewerexplosions and her (NPC) Guardian, pulseof_chaos.
- She's currently about two and a half years old and cute as a button. I might be biased.
- Yeah, she's that little because she died and got reborn.
- Has the world's suckiest powers: Yeul is immortal with the ability to see the future. Except every time she sees the future, her life shortens drastically.
- That's why she died.
- She's calm, quiet, literally fearless, has a terrible sense of self-preservation, and won't argue with anyone.

Killaurey || skylar-inari || Real Life

- Reachable at about a million different email addresses but you should probably just use killaurey@gmail.com or Lythis_sa_Iyani@yahoo.co.uk. (This email address is a lie. I have never even set foot anywhere near the UK.)
- Email is generally the fastest way to reach me, but I'm also on AIM sometimes as Killaurey.
- I'm Canadian and am on Central Time.
- I spend a lot of time writing appalling amounts of fanfic, reading a lot of fantasy novels, playing about a million JRPGS, and watching a ton of anime. I'm also terribly, terribly addicted to the Harvest Moon series of games. It's tragic how many of them I have, it really is.
- rhymeswithtable found Yeul's gifs for me eons ago. She's the bestest.
