Holy Crap- we got the house!
The countered on our offer, and they were acceptable terms- so we accepted- and we're going to freaking buy a house!
Oh my god. I'm trying not to go too crazy- because I know a lot can still happen- but this is so exciting. We'll close on July 16- and it's already vacant, so we'll be taking immediate posession.
Oh, having to move again doesn't seem all that fun- but then again- one more move and I'll have a "permanent" residence for at least 5 years.
