... My hair is purple... or more correctly "plum"... personally it looks fucking wicked.... although finishing a dye job at 12 :30 am when you have to work in the morning is not for the faint hearted.. or coffeless.
1 more day of training and im on the floors... yey.. *sarc* took a few calls today, (during a buddy session)... wonderful highlights include.... "GIMME A FREE PHONE... I DESERVE A FREE PHONE"... and
BUTTMONMKEY:i want to lay a complaint...i want to see a copy of my contract
ME: Its a voice signature sir
BUTTMONKEY: so its an audiotape?
ME: Yes it is sir...
BUTTMONKEY: can you send me that out?
ME: no sir, but i can get someone to call you back a little later so you can hear it...
BUTTMONKEY: so i cant see my contract then?
ME: no sir... its a voice recording
BUTTMONKEY: I WANT TO SEE MY CONTRACT!!!... I WANT TO LAY A COMPLAINT!
.... 5 minutes later....
BUTTMONKEY: I want to lay a complaint...
ME:what do you wish to layu a complaint about sir?
BUTTMONKEY:.... the computer, its really annoying.....
ME: over 20 thousand people a day use it sir.. they dont have a problem with it, what do you wish to complain about the IVR?
BUTTMONKEY: it always tells me to repeat myself....
ME:thats so you can be put through to someone who can assist you with your enquiries....
..... and so on and so forth.... for 15 minutes.....

someone needs to clean out the gene pool....
