Condo Fun!
So Tuesday, I was invited (by my friend Phillip - yes, that phillip) to his dad's condo to hang out with him, his friend Stephen, and Stephen's potential girlfriend, Carla on Wednesday. Told dad about it...of course, he throws a hissy, getting all huffy about my friend's driving abilities (which by the way, are fine...he's a bit of a speed demon, but...dad doesn't need to know that). He first said no, and I asked why, and he didn't give me a good of enough answer, so I simply told him "If you don't give me a decent answer, then I'm going anyway." Which shut him up. Since then, dad hasn't said anything to me...go figure. Whether he's mad because I went...I do not know, and don't really care.
So I was picked up first (well, after Stephen lol) - got to properly meet Stephen (first encounter was iffy...back when Phillip and Amanda were dating...looong story I'm not going to tell...just that it involved a phone call at McDonalds..). He's a cool guy, ninteeen, really tall - about 6 feet, blond, braces and cute...but no point in my crushing on him, seeing as he's after Carla lol...we picked up Carla last, turns out she lives in the subdivision connected to me :) She's awesome. At first glace, you'd probably take her for the cheerleader, bitchy type...but she's not at all, she's really funny and sweet. Turns out she was in the Choir...
Wow...like that made sense? Sorry...Carla and I both went to the same high school...clears things up a bit. We both recognized eachother... :)
It took about 2 hours to get there, and the condo was in Satellite Beach (in between Cocoa and Melbourne). It's basically an apartment that overlooks the beach. Was nice though, cozy, tile floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room etc. And all the couches had recliner chairs!! <3
The whole day was overcast, so there wasn't much beach lounging/bathing involved...Phillip and I walked along the beach while Stephen and Carla had some alone time...what they were doing during this time...I don't know, and do not want to know...My pants got wet in the walking process (I didn't bother taking them off while wearing my bathing suit, because I had no intentions of going in the freezing arse cold water....so I borrowed a pair of Phillip's Fruit-of-the-Loom boxers LOL Yes...I was walking around in Men's underwear for the better half of Wednesday LOL.
To give Stephen & Carla some more space, Phillip decided to drag me out (yes, while still in boxers!) to Blockbusters to rent "Waiting." Needless to say, I didn't get out of the car...LOL. That took about half an hour...we came back to the Condo...and there were three men in the room LOL They had come to set up the cable...they must've had a master key, because Carla and Stephen said that they just opened the door and came right on in! So we sat and watched them do the cable...then we watched "Waiting." This movie features Ryan Renolds, Dane Cook, Justin Long and some other people who's names I can't remember...(that one funny girl from "Stick it", and that one dude from "Felicity"...) about a bunch of waiters and cooks in a restaurant called "ShenaniganZ." It's hilarious...they mess with your food if you complain about it LOL Very gross, but hilarious.
After that....lethargy set in....we all just laid down on the couches doing absolutely nothing LOL. Phillip happened to get quite cozy on me LOL...resting his head on my hip....there was also tickling, staring, stroking my hair, ears and back involved....trust me...platonic! Well...was for me anyways...
Quite funny though...he jumped up pretty quick when Stephen and Carla came back in the room LOL. Maybe he still has a thing for me...who knows....maybe he just loved the fact I was in his boxers.
After that...Stephen asked who was going to drink (yes, alcohol was brought to zee Condo lol - mostly those bacardi coolers and Smirnoff's..) He got me a Smirnoff, and he had a beer, and I beat him drinking it! LOL He mentioned how fast I was drinking it, and once I was finished, I told him so...."Damn! I'm being beaten! By a girl!" So he got me another drink and got himself another beer LOL I didn't even bother racing him...I had an empty stomach, and the first one was making me feel light headded LOL...we were all hungry, so we ordered pizza...there was a big amusing conversation between Phillip and Stephen about where the phone book was...sent Stephen around the place looking for it...(I swear, Phillip & Stephen are gay buddies...their favourite things to each other "Nice arse!" and "So sexy!" lol...they're so silly...). Stephen couldn't find it (did I mention by the way, that he was walking around topless 90% of the day?? Guh! - He also had a shirt with a convertible that said "Go Topless" on it...lmao).
Eventually, Phillip settled to use Carla's phone and use 411 to find a certain pizza place near the condo. We ordered two large, one pepperonni, one ham...it was delicious!! When the food came, we all watched "40 Year Old Virgin"...OMFG it was HILARIOUS!! Even funnier than "Waiting."
After that...it was around 11pm...time to head home! LOL We'd been there since 2pm! LOL I could've easily just slept over though...it's a nice place to just go and hang out and spend some lazy days... :)
Drive home was quiet - Stephen and Carla fell asleep during the ride home....and I was just knackered...put my shades on to block out the blazing headlights lol. Dropped Carla off first, Stephen said his goodbyes (they're going to make an adorable couple). I was dropped off, Lazy arse that Phillip is, didn't get out of the car, so I had to crawl back in and say goodbye, Stephen even hugged me...such a sweetie.
This is not the last I see of them LOL...that was a very fun day...next time, I think there should be more drinking involved LOL...Carla found me on Myspace, and I found Stephen, so we're probably going to all hang out another time soon :)
In other news,
Today, mum, myself and sister went to the pool down the street...wore my new bathing suit...black halter bikini! Love it...got me a tan! I'm all brown....well...more than usual anyways LOL...Mum's all red...lol poor thing.
My hair looks cute too after the pool LOL before I went it was all crunchy from the hairspray and mousse...now it's all big curls LOL...probably wont stay that way till morning....oh well.
