WHAT. You write Jonas Brothers AND California Diaries fic?!! This is crazytalk! I think I might love you.

Your tone is great though, you seriously made me so wistful for the books now haha. I haven't read them in a few years (at least since back before I started slashing everyone with everyone) but now that I think about it yes, Ducky was probably very gay. My memory's a little hazy though -- Jay's the one that kept trying to kill himself, right? Or wait, that was his other friend. An...dy..? Idek. Poor Ducky, he was my favourite.

Anyway yay for California Diaries fanfiction! I didn't know it existed. I should know better than that though, everything exists on the internets. xD

JOBROS AND ANN M. MARTIN FTW, OMG.

CD fics are very, very few and far between. They're like red pandas. We're talking less than 50, here, at least that I've found, and I've pretty much scoured the Internet.

I read the books when I was about 13 or 14, and the whole Ducky probably being gay thing went straight over my head (no pun intended). I read them again last year and couldn't understand how I didn't pick up on it, even in my naive state.

Jay is the long-term friend of Ducky's who started to get involved with the Cro Mags. Alex is the other long-term friend - the one who tried to kill himself. You were close with "Andy," though.

Bwahaha epic fail for me. I remember Jay now -- with the nicknames, heh. I should definitely read those again. I think I have the whole series except for the one where Sunny's mom dies, which I leant to a friend and then she moved away -frown-. That was before I learned never to lend books out, haha. They're kind of hard to find now, are they not?

Haha yes, Duckarino, Duckaroni, Duckter Doolittle. Oh, Jay.

They pop up on Amazon Marketplace periodically for like, one cent.
