Frederic Fekkai Issues Statement Regarding Inessa Ivanov

NEW YORK, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Frederic Fekkai, founder and president of Frederic Fekkai, Inc., today issued the following statement:
Inessa Ivanov was a dear friend to all of us at Fekkai. We are deeply
saddened by this tragedy. Inessa will be always remembered in our
spirit. Her family and those close to her have our most sincere
sympathy. We will do everything we can to help the authorities in their
investigation.
This is WEAK. This statement would have been fine if applied to one of the many coke-snorting, self-important assholes that work there. Ina deserves better than this generic statement that Fekkai probably threw at his assistant to take down while he dashed into the limo that takes him to yoga class. Come on, Fred. Do better than that for someone who worked tirelessly for you without ever complaining for more than 10 years. Start with putting 1/50th of the $50 million you got for selling your salon to Chanel into a trust fund for Ina's son. Then maybe we can begin to believe you care anything about what she meant to everyone around her.
