"I'm going through changes"
I guess it's about time to make a very short, semi-official announcement, since it's just about been a month.
For those of you who didn't know, I have separated from my common-law spouse, as of the end of last month.
Our daughter, and myself, will be moving into our new abode on the weekend of the 1st of September. We're doing alright, adjusting. No one said that it would be an easy choice to make, or that what followed would be easy, but we're going to make it, thanks to a lot of support and love from family and friends.
People close to me have remarked on the changes in me in just these few weeks; the transformation that has been represented by the butterfly I've chosen to represent myself with for a few years now finally coming to full winged flight. When my spirit has settled, a new representation will be chosen, yet again, likely more earthy and solid.
Is there more to it than that? Yes. Let me get settled, and get back to school for Arianna and myself, and I will share more details later. In the meantime, my world is upheaval, busy, challenging, and complicated. But changing for the better.
