Leaned over to turn my speakers back on, and ended up dipping my cell-phone into my tea. Then when I leaned back, it dripped all over my keyboard, and peer tutor application AND sponsorship letter. ... wtf.
This after a long ... two hours? When it started raining and hailing etc @ 4, the finishing room wall began to run with water... yup, there's a leak somewhere. And the exhaust fan began leaking too, near the wall. So I'm rushing with buckets/containers to stop the water. Shut down the finishing room (as best as I could guess, not been shown and the boss wasn't there to show me..), then went up to work on a jig. Was doing fine until I watched the bandsaw blade turn SIDEWAYS, and continue running. Turned off the machine and decided it was definitely time to go home. Missed all the good buses, so took the extra long route home. Power was out, so streetlights were out, so the ride home took longer. And I had the guy who didn't know his route / where his stops were, etc, etc. + it was raining, and no jacket, so I was damp the whole bus ride home. And then, when I got home, I couldn't get my outside door open, the key wouldn't engage properly... spent like... 2-3 minutes fiddling with the lock.
