You know.. out for the early afternoon in the sun, tons of walking, totally uneventful, just me and the man after we drop the munchkin off at the Birthday Party she was attending. Good couple hours, too. Then, wouldn't you just know, we go to pick her up, and are half a block from home, we turn the corner, and walk into the 'lovely' scene of a dog being hit by a car. Small/medium white scruffster. Why couldn't that happen when the munchkin was NOT present? After having tons of fun, she gets to associate it with watching the last gasp of a puppy dog. =( And you can't stop them from looking no matter how hard you try. Trust me. You can only turn them away so much, curiosity still takes over. PLUS we had to walk PAST the dog to get home. =(
